Pilates services in Diemen, built around technique and progression

Each service is designed for clarity: what we are training, how the session is structured, and how we decide when to progress. Sessions are delivered at our studio in Diemen, Netherlands, with options that fit different schedules and coaching needs.

Studio address: Weesperstraat 96 G, 1112 AP Diemen, Netherlands

How we choose progressions

The same rule applies across formats: technique quality first, then volume, then complexity. We use a few simple checkpoints so sessions stay repeatable week to week.

Alignment

Ribcage stacking, pelvic position, and scapular mechanics as the baseline.

Breath strategy

We cue rib expansion and controlled exhale timing to support trunk control.

Load management

Tempo, range of motion, and rest are adjusted before adding harder variations.

Core service formats

The formats differ in coaching density and pacing, but they share the same technical standards. All sessions take place in Diemen, Netherlands. If you are traveling from the Amsterdam area, we can suggest time windows that reduce commute friction and keep your training cadence stable.

Most requested

Private Pilates coaching

One-to-one sessions for clients who want granular feedback on setup, cueing, and progression. We use controlled tempo, tactile cues where appropriate, and simple benchmarks for lumbopelvic stability, spinal articulation, and shoulder mechanics. Private coaching is also the cleanest way to accommodate irregular schedules without losing the training thread.

  • Detailed technique feedback and exercise selection
  • Adjustments for load tolerance, range, and tempo
  • Progression notes you can reuse between sessions

Small-group Pilates classes

A coached group format with a tight ratio, so cueing remains specific. Classes follow a shared plan, but we modify levers like range, tempo, and regression choice to keep technique standards consistent across the room.

Onboarding session

A first-session format focused on setup and repeatable cues. We review breathing mechanics, stacking, and basic movement patterns, then pick a starting point that fits your current training tolerance.

Progression blocks (2–4 weeks)

Many clients do best with stable exercise selection for a few weeks. We keep the “session template” consistent and change one variable at a time—tempo, lever length, or coordination demand—so improvements are visible and repeatable.

Blocks work across private and group formats, and they are especially useful when travel or work weeks interrupt routine. The goal is continuity, not constant novelty.

Technique standards

Clear guardrails for spinal loading, shoulder positioning, and breathing. Consistent language makes practice between sessions easier and reduces guesswork.

What a session includes

Regardless of format, we keep the session structure consistent so progress does not depend on memory or mood. A typical session starts with a short warm-up designed around breath mechanics and spinal articulation. That leads into main work focused on controlled strength: lumbopelvic stability, scapular upward rotation, and coordinated trunk control under manageable load. We finish with down-regulation and a quick recap so the next session starts with the same technical intent.

You will hear a few cue themes repeatedly—stacking, pressure management, and clean joint centration. Repetition is a feature, not a flaw. It is the unglamorous part of coaching that makes movement quality carry over to daily tasks and other training. If your schedule changes week to week, we use the same template and adjust the dose rather than rewriting the plan.

  1. 01

    Warm-up and setup

Breath timing, ribcage mechanics, and a few mobility drills that support the main exercises. We clarify what “good reps” look like before intensity rises.

  2. 02

    Main work

A small number of patterns trained with purpose. We use tempo and controlled ranges to build strength without turning the session into a fatigue contest.

  3. 03

    Review and notes

We end with a short recap: one or two anchor cues and what will be repeated next time. This keeps sessions in Diemen consistent even when weeks get busy.
